Set-Up Procedure

• Clear area - pick up litter, sweep floors, remove unused furniture
• Set up banners and flags
• Set up chairs in circle
• Notify kitchen of:
  • Proceedings and times
  • Break times when people are likely to be ordering food/drink

Cafe Kit

The kit is (mainly) housed in a storage box kept by Kevin/Liz.

It contains:

• Banners - may need to be borrowed and returned between sessions from XR Meanjin
• Posts, hammer, rope and cable ties for raising banners
• Flags
• Contacts Collection Sheet
• Electronic Sign-Up Card ("Join the Rebellion" with QR code)
• XR resource sheet for new visitors
• XR representative briefing
• Notepaper and Pens
• Name Tags (Labels) and Marker
• XR T-Shirts
• XR badges and patches
